Digital Manufacturing
Highly-efficient, fully automated manufacturing centers.
PraesiDM designs, integrates, and operates autonomous manufacturing environments that deliver validated, production-ready systems for aerospace, defense, and advanced industries.
We combine engineering expertise with proven digital technologies to help manufacturers modernize operations, increase precision, and scale intelligently.
PraesiDM connects design, programming, and machine execution into a process that runs as it is proven digitally.
Our architecture connects engineering, production, software, and intelligence, allowing each step to be developed, validated, and executed within the same system. The goal is not only to produce parts, but to ensure the process used to make them is stable and repeatable.
Our work supports aerospace, defense, and other industries where the outcome depends directly on how the part is manufactured.
Virtual Validation Meets Production
PraesiDM works across a wide range of CNC machine platforms and controllers, developing post-processors, simulation, and execution workflows based on your existing setup.
Each solution is built to reflect how the machine and control actually behave, so programs that are verified digitally remain consistent when executed on the floor.
For customers running Siemens controls, we are able to take the process further. Our experience with Siemens NX and machine-level integration allows for 1:1 simulation, tighter validation, and more precise control at the machine.

Every manufacturing environment operates under its own constraints.
The most effective starting point is a direct conversation. We take time to understand the current setup, the machines in use, and the specific issues being encountered.
From there, we define a clear first step. This may involve bringing a machine into production, developing or refining a post-processor, or aligning simulation with actual machine behavior.
